We are looking for an Insights Associate Program Manager to join our team in supporting Insights apps and programs for our LinkedIn Sales Solutions business. In this role, you will be responsible for taking the LinkedIn dataset and using it to build scalable insights solutions or broad-scale programs to support the LinkedIn Sales Solutions business. You will start with the tools we ve already created and dive deep on which automated insights have been most impactful for the business. Then, you ll find the holes in our application suite and set a vision for a solution. Additionally, you will scope out new innovation opportunities with LinkedIn s unique data set.
  • Help sales, marketing, and product be more effective by proving the value of our products using data
  • Be the voice of the Sales Solutions Customer by establishing a close relationship with Sales teams and clients
  • Address business challenges by leveraging LinkedIn s unique data to improve and create innovative apps in our insights platform
  • Conceptualize and drive a set of initiatives that help our clients make better decisions with data
  • Create requirements and project plans for analytic programs, tools, or narratives and re-prioritize based on impact and effort to complete
  • Analyze results to generate business insights
  • Build cross-functional consensus for operational improvements and partner effectively with other teams
  • Evangelize the use of data in sales and act as a thought leader about the use of data in sales and marketing
Basic Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree
  • 4+ years of experience as a business or data analyst, in management consulting, product management or big data analytics
  • 1+ years experience using technical skills: SQL and/or Tableau
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in math, marketing, statistics, economics or related quantitative field preferred
  • Familiarly with Pig and/or Hive, plus for R or Python a plus
  • Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs
  • Experience in the technology industry
  • Ability to provide a business lens to analytical and technical problems
  • Ability to build alliances across the company
  • Ability to translate user feedback into tool requirements
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, collaboration, and analytical skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional partnerships involving analytics
  • Experience in working with a sales org and clients
  • Experience with project management
