Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Location: Temecula, CA

Duration: On-going/LT

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr

Start Date: ASAP

 

Summary/Objective:

This position is intended to perform structure testing to support acceptance for all production product. Inspector is responsible for initial validation of all production lines and hourly inspection checks throughout the day concerning all areas of quality.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibility:

  • Test parts on Hydrostatic Pressure Machine for structural integrity of molded and welded product.

  • Perform flow rate on assembly products per specifications of gallons per minutes (GPM).

  • Select product for test at specified stages during assembly process, validate product performance through various testing.

  • Verify each stage in production and commercial lines during assembly process to ensure proper components, labeling and packaging are to standards.

  • Take corrective action when necessary to ensure quality products are produced and shipped properly..

  • Initiates non-conforming material report (NCMR), tags bad product and quarantine.

  • Log all results in database

  • Confirm that recommended safety and housekeeping practices are being maintained.

     

    Job Requirements: Essential Qualification, Education, Skills:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum word and excel experience

  • Must be able to multitask, work efficiently, and have the ability to perform work independently with minimum supervision.

  • The individual must have good planning , organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

  • Make good judgment, focus, and attention to detail when operating equipment. Environment:

  • This job operates in many areas of facility , QC/R&D labs, warehouse and shipping/receiving areas. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

     

    Physical Requirements:

  • Requires bending, sitting, stooping, reaching above shoulders and below knees and lifting 50 pounds.

  • Ability to handle repetitive motion work, control switches, connecting tubing's, use of key board and other electronic devices.

  • Constantly operates various lab equipment and other office machinery, such as calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
