Instructional Designer - Customer Education Operations - Customer Success

We are seeking an innovative learning professional with experience and expertise in developing educational materials for global sales professionals. This person will be an important contributor to the vision of our educational efforts. They must be skilled in instructional design, training, curriculum development, and web based training. Collaborating with Product, Product Marketing, Brand and related teams are critical for success.
The Customer Education Operations team within the Customer Success organization of LinkedIn Sales Solutions provides evolving learning materials for LinkedIn Sales Navigator customers - both internal and external - to enable the adoption and success of the LinkedIn Sales Navigator platform and social selling. Educational materials are consumed via our LMS as the primary access point for tip sheets, videos, eLearnings, live webinars and more.
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the vision of the LinkedIn Sales Navigator learning materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product, brand and legal compliancy
  • Determine and create learning material objectives and modality
  • Create engaging and applicable learning materials to global scale in multiple formats
  • Manage and execute internal communication programs and processes
Basic Qualifications
  • 4+ years of instructional design for online and offline, multimedia, eLearning materials
  • 4+ years of learning and development experience
  • 2+ years of project management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Program management skills
  • Curriculum development
  • Bachelor s degree in design and/or learning development
  • Understanding of adult learning theories and principles
  • Team player with strong communication skills, enjoys collaborative work environments
  • Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and quickly turn around projects and meet deadlines
