•Work closely with Contracts and Sales force to manage and process capital equipment orders.
•Manage Wavecard procurement, inventory, order processing and shipment.
•Contribute to program development, team-building activities; streamline processes, system evaluation, performance analysis, training, and core competency assessments.
•Perform account management activities (including, but not limited to all of the below)
•Deduction research claim recovery and resolution
•Processing product returns; including Handpiece Exchange Program
•Management of Trade-In (Return Tracking)
•Vendor managed inventory and allocation
•Order discrepancy claims
•Credit order processing
•Perform order management activities including, but not limited to: Purchase order processing:, telephone, fax and web orders; Price match resolution ; Unavailable product review ; Order cycle interpretation ; Error log research and resolution
•Handle shipping issues including, but not limited to: Proof of delivery verification; Issuing call tags; Expedited shipping requests ; On-Time delivery analysis; Order issues resolution: fines, shortages, overages, damages and late deliveries
•Run reports including, but not limited to: Sales reporting; Inventory reporting
•Field customer/consumer calls including, but not limited to: Answering inbound calls from customers, sales reps and various other internal departments; Case initiation and resolution; Making outbound calls to customers, sales reps and various other internal departments
•Perform product management activities including, but not limited to: CSR must have knowledge of the surgical product lines including Capital Equipment. This knowledge includes product attributes and usage; Participate in post market action
•Wavecard Management including but not limited to: Wavecard Procurement; Maintaining inventory spreadsheet; Wavecard inventory receipt and product storage; Wavecard order processing, distribution and shipment of physical inventory.
