Our Ambulatory Surgery Division (ASD) is in search of a full time Interim Administrator that will primarily be aligned with our East and West Florida Divisions. The ideal candidate location to be based for this role would be Florida. This is a full-time position responsible for interim assignment of administrative oversight for a given surgery center during an extended absence, vacancy of a center administrator, or transitioning a newly acquired surgery center into our business model. The Administrator will be ultimately responsible for all clinical and business operations of the center in which they are leading. This would include overseeing preparation for clinical audits. When not on interim assignment this role will serve in the capacity of advisor and mentor to onboarding administrators or those with specific support needs, identified by the Division Operations VP. Interviews are being set immediately.

A related bachelor's degree or nursing degree. A master's in business administration is considered a plus.
A minimum of three (7) years Ambulatory Surgery Administrator management experience, with a fully satisfactory employment history that demonstrates competency and successful leadership of financial, human resources, quality patient care, and operational oversight of complex surgery center organizations.
Travel: Due to the nature of this position, travel may be required up to 60% of the time.
