The Intermediate Cook is responsible for working as part of a team and focuses on prepping for the kitchen and production of standardized meals in various areas, which may include Pub 17 Restaurant, Banquets, In Room Dining, Garde Manger and/or Pastry. Cooks are accountable for delivering the same quality of product every time.

  • Candidates should have at least 1 year of professional cooking experience, which includes cooking in a high-volume restaurant operation; or have a combination of professional work experience and be enrolled in formal culinary training.
  • Candidates must also demonstrate good communication skills, good knife skills, product knowledge and identification, and knowledge of various cooking methods.
  • This position involves standing on feet for long periods of time and requires the ability to lift, push and carry moderate amounts of weight.

Candidates should have flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

$12.10 per hour.
