Focusing on Dell EMC Education Services Content Optimization team within Content Development. **Key Responsibilities** The Graduate-level Intern develops and applies workplace knowledge within Dell EMC Education Services + Understands how their work impacts results for the area + Enhances expertise through understanding business trends + Focuses on and prioritizes team goals + Develops and applies project management skills + Cultivates a thorough understanding of Dell EMC business priorities, strategies and direction + Applies any advanced knowledge to coordinate day-to-day tasks + Practices with acquired education, innovation and creativity when at all possible + Could be assigned recurring or project-based work + Can work with minimal direction + Learns policies as needed. **Requirements** + Demonstrate quantitative and analytical skills + Show excellent verbal and written communication skills + Ability to work well in a dynamic environment and execute quickly under time pressure + Inquisitive, pro-active, and strong ability to extract information from a variety of resources including stakeholders, customers, co-workers, and partners. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies + Knowledge of content writing, editing, curating, Learning Content Management Systems **Desired Skills** + Natural curiosity for new technology, and ability to creatively apply new tools to business problems + Ability to exercises good judgment with little direction, self-motivated, with a demonstrable passion for the work + Detail and process oriented, with strong project management and organizational skills + Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing organizational requirements + Solid understanding of information architecture, structured authoring, and usability practices. + Strong written and oral communication skills (comfortable in interacting with all levels of the company and presenting projects and status reports). + Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, and content performance metrics + Familiarity with Learning Management Systems + Knowledge of content development tools, and content management systems + Knowledge of best practices around content management + Capability to carry out and implement best practices through process development Dell provides development programs for those students, graduates – even current employees – who have certain interests but may still be considering their career paths.
