The systems engineering intern works alongside experienced engineers to perform basic new-product introduction and entry into service support activities. Typical work tasks involve systems engineering support of new product introduction teams producing engineering requirements, design analysis and documentation, trade studies, test procedures and reports, and. Other tasks may include performing statistical and qualitative analyses of data sets from company information systems. Engineering interns are expected to work 40 hours per week in a professional environment.
Qualification: Skills that are required are fluency in a Microsoft Office environment, strong writing and communication skills, and an ability to work in a cooperative environment.
Education: Completed at least sophomore year of Bachelor of: Systems, Electrical, Computer Science, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering at ABET accredited school
