An Annuity Internal Sales Associate will focus on supporting incoming calls from financial advisors around the nation regarding our annuity solutions. The purpose of each call will be to create a positive advisor experience and further develop sales opportunities for our annuity distribution team. We are on a mission to help Americans achieve financial security, and will empower advisors and consumers by providing solutions they need to help plan for their financial futures and make decisions with confidence.



  • Learn and become annuity product expert for all solutions available; variable, fixed, and index linked.
  • Answer and document inbound calls, providing sales support and positioning to financial advisors in regards to our annuity solutions.
  • Help support submission of annuity business by understanding firm and state requirements.
  • Be able to identify advisor need, research, and resolve requests by involving other distribution business partners.
  • Assist distribution team with projects, calls, marketing requests to further develop sales opportunities.


  • 1+ year’s financial/insurance industry sales experience or related course work
  • If not licensed, will be expected to obtain the FINRA Series 6, 63, and State Life and Health license within 4 months of finishing training class.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree Strongly Preferred
  • Excellent communication skills / interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain business relationships
  • Self-motivated and driven to reach sales goals in fast paced environment
  • Strong organization skills and ability to multi task continuously
