Adecco, #1 Human Resource Provider, is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst for a medical device company located in Dayton, NJ. This position is a six month contract position. The Inventory Control Analyst has the responsibility to monitor and assist in the day-to day warehouse activities and workloads are met with efficiency and accuracy. Some of the duties of this role are as follows:
-Shipping- Implement, monitor and report that the shipping procedures laid out for IFS are adhered to. These include but are not limited to Reserving, Picking, Assembly, Report Picking and Delivering of product. Additionally, ensure that all data entry is in accordance with procedures.
-Picking- Implement, monitor of procedures and control that every package is packed professionally, correctly (to insure material will not be damaged in transit) and made ready for shipping.
-Receiving- Implement, monitor and report that all receipts are processed through IFS as stated in procedures and that material does not leave the receiving area until it is processed complete. Material is to be stored properly and neatly on shelves/racks as the standards of the warehouse dictates. Investigate issues related to missing material and payables questions as required.
-Warehousing- Insure that all material is clearly and neatly marked, stored in a neat and orderly manner and reflect locations which agree with IFS. In Addition aisle ways are to remain clear.
-Responsible for understanding all warehousing procedures and training all warehouse personnel. Ensure all procedures are in writing and approved.
-Responsible for investigating errors in shipments, receiving, transactional errors and counting errors.
-Monitor KPI and other reports as necessary to maintain and control the warehouse environment.
-Insure the Warehouse, all related internal operational areas remain safe and secure.
- MUST have SAP experience
- MUST have Cycle Count Experience
