Thanks so much!*** Job Summary Responsible for the national coordination and execution of IT equipment orders. Analyze current inventory and demand levels to support financial forecasts and future equipment inventory requirements. Create and maintain accurate purchasing records to support real-time financial forecasts and inventory support. Works with equipment vendors to ensure equipment standards are accurately monitored and maintained for quotes, orders, and integrated services. Primary Responsibilities • Execute daily IT equipment orders utilizing workflow, vendor and financial systems. • Maintains CAPEX Project spending transactions and correlates to quarterly forecast plans. • Analyze and support plans for computer equipment inventory based on historic consumption rates and HR/Financial headcount forecasts. • Align with Asset Management functions to integrate Inventory data with Lifecycle Management efforts. • Aid management reporting efforts pertaining to inventory, financial and equipment demand. • Work closely within the team to develop and revise standards and process to improve the customer experience and create efficiencies in the IT Purchasing process. • Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers to identify needs, timelines, standards, and most optimal equipment solutions. • Coordinate customer escalations within the team and with peer groups. • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. • Maintain Service Catalog standards and specifications. • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
