Major Responsibilities:
• Monthly/quarterly accounting responsibilities including, but not limited to:
o Preparation of property/fund level financial statements
o NAV calculations
o Fund level returns
o IRR’s, equity multiples, investor distributions, management fee calculations, preparation of client financial statements and reports
• Close interaction with internal and external auditors and tax preparers
• Quarterly testing of property management company information (i.e. lease testing, late fee audits, management fee recalculations, etc.)
• Responsible for identifying and researching any issues encountered while reviewing financial information received from the property management companies to ensure the clients are receiving the most accurate data




• BA/BS with a concentration in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of experience in accounting
• A thorough knowledge of accounting principles to prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP utilizing the fair value method of accounting
• Good verbal and written communication skills, willingness to be challenged and accept a broad range of responsibilities and the ability to work in a deadline driven environment

• 1-3 years of general accounting experience preferred
• Team player and a high level of motivation
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Yardi experience a plus
