In the Investor Relations Manager role at Pitney Bowes, you will be a key member of a team that is positioned to make a difference! The primary objective of Pitney Bowes Investor Relations program is to educate and update the investment community about Pitney Bowes. This is a highly visible role with Senior Management and requires an energetic team player, as well as someone with the ability to be an individual contributor. You thrive on learning about the Company, including operational activities, financials results and the overall strategy, improving processes to be more efficient, and making a difference in how we communicate the Company's results to the investment community. In this role, you'll join our Corporate Investor Relations team and will report to the Vice President of Investor Relations. You will be responsible for:

•\tWorking with the IR team to manage the quarterly earnings process. Primary responsibilities during the process include preparing Q&A for the Executive Management team, updating the IR earnings presentation and collaborating with Corporate Communications to develop consistent messaging for employees and social media. This requires working with multiple functions across the company to gather information on financial and operational performance.

•\tAssisting with one-on-one meetings with investors. Support meetings and events with research, targeting and maintaining records of the meetings. Work with the IR team to develop a shareholder targeting program in order to identify existing and prospective firms f or marketing.

•\tWorking with the IR team to develop and coordinate key messaging, presentations, product demonstrations and logistics for the Company's annual Analyst Day event.

•\tWorking with third party to provide analysis of relative stock price movements, ownership, total shareholder return and information needed for monthly Board of Directors report. Coordinate annual perception study.

•\tMaintaining Company's IR website and look for areas of improvement.

•\tSupporting all other parts of the IR program including frequent ad hoc analysis and reporting, as well as providing information to the Finance, Treasury and Business Development groups as necessary. Maintain financial information and files used in support of earnings, analyst day and ad hoc reporting.

Qualifications

•\tBachelor's Degree in either Finance, Accounting, Economics and with 3-5 years of applicable experience.

•\tStrong financial and analytical skills with ability to interpret information and financial concepts for the investment community and management.

•\tExcellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

•\tStrong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way.

•\tProfessional presence and ability to interact with Executive Management team and investors.
