You will be working under the direction of the Senior Manager of IT Internal Audit , as the Advisor of Internal IT Audit you will provide audit expertise and leadership. We handle the timely delivery of high quality audit services and the dynamic development of IT audits, including an assessment of business and IT compliance risks.

We will are seeking an IT Audit Advisor who will be collaborating within a team of IT audit professionals while ensuring timely completion of the IT audit plans while facilitating partnership. While engaging and mentoring a dynamic internal audit team, you will be crafting IT audit methodology, automation techniques, and audit plans. In this role you will be defining a comprehensive IT audit plans dedicated to aligning with company’s objectives and regulations. Performing internal audits, proactive assurance, and assessments according to the department’s standards while working with business leaders to ensure completion of improvements that address compliance concerns identified during IT audits. Providing timely and accurate input to Audit Committee, Compliance Committee and Executive Management reports, while leading activities and engaging with other internal and external partners. Demonstrating leadership, personal integrity and adherence to the CVS Health code of conduct, appreciate diversity and promote teamwork on all activities.

In addition, this position is required to develop, prioritize and complete information system and process audits to evaluate the effectiveness of information technology controls, accuracy and integrity of data, and compliance to applicable policies and regulations.This position will also be required to effectively manage Sarbanes-Oxley compliance within information technology, and operations, and have direct interaction with Senior Management.

The position can be located in Northbrook, IL or Scottsdale, AZ

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of IT Audit, Risk Assurance, or Auditing experience

Minimum of 5 years in IT Audit or Risk Assurance where you demonstrated a comprehensive knowledge of:

  1. Development of audit plans and recommendations

  2. Ability to identify risks and assess controls associated with the information strategy of the company.

  3. Manage team of auditors to efficiently and effectively complete audit assignments (including SOX)

  4. Knowledge of COBIT , PCI-DSS, SOX, HIPAA requirements and regulations.

  5. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Having or working toward one or more of the following certifications, CISA,CIA, CISM, CISSP and/or Masters Degree a plus. Public accounting or healthcare industry experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
