Dell Services IT is seeking a Communications lead to develop, manage and execute planned and reactive communications supporting Dell’s Services IT organization..
-Developing the communication strategy and leading its implementation, tracking and measurement.
-Creating communications to keep the team and stakeholders informed of the IT roadmap and the changes planned throughout the year
-Work across teams in global locations to create an engagement strategy and communications cadence keeping the teams connected and informed
-Supporting key leaders with communication planning, materials and strategic counsel that align with Dell’s and Services IT purpose and values and promote leadership visibility and engagement.
-Regularly updating the leadership with progress on projects, issues and successes
-Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience (degree in communications preferred)
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
-Experience with executive communications
-Adept relationship management skills
