You have a Help Desk II Support background with leadership experience. You have what it takes to lead a team. Robert Half Technology is looking for a help desk support tier II who is looking to advance his/her career and manage a team of help desk technicians. This team will support local and field users for this rapidly growing company. This person will be responsible resolving escalated Help Desk tickets in a timely manner, and providing technical support to users remotely and in-office, while managing a team. Because this role is very visible within the company, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the department and organization.

  • 5+ years in IT, at least 1 in management or lead capacity
  • Experience providing Level I-III support
  • 50% Management, 50% Hands-on
  • CompTIA A+ or similar certs desired
