Johnson & Johnson Consumer IT is recruiting for an IT Lead in Information Technology to drive initiatives for the Consumer IT Employee Productivity organization. The role will have many key focuses:
1) Large Project/Program Management
2) Plan and drive execution for Collaboration and Productivity,
3) Innovation that relates to end user productivity
4) TLM that enables business solutions (Share-Point, O365, Windows 10),
5) TLM infrastructure upgrades/remediation for the region (W2003 server, XP) as well as personal productivity device functionality and governance.
The selected candidate will be an IT Lead responsible for working with Global and Regional leads on delivering Enterprise wide technology solutions, communicate status and risk to management, create and support ongoing governance for implemented productivity solutions. They will become the Consumer Product Engagement Lead with TAO’s on all Employee business enablement solutions and TLM infrastructure. They will be responsible for creating and delivering training collateral for all enabled productivity solutions and be responsible for license management for tools where warranted.
The candidate will become part of the Consumer IT Employee Productivity Organization, developing and enhancing technical and business partner relationships. The candidate should have strong communication skills (written and presentation) and proven project management skill. The individual will be responsible for interfacing with senior leadership to provide support for project decisions and gain support for additional activities. The candidate will demonstrate decisive leadership skills, open to new innovations and overall drive the end user productivity plans and strategy for the future.

•Ability to learn and understand multiple business processes to determine the best solutions
•Ability to work cross functionally and collaborate across the J&J organization

•Candidate must be willing to grow through an on-going feedback process.
•A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
•A minimum of 4 years of IT experience is required.
•Understand multiple business areas with a strategic mindset.
•Hands-on disciplined project management skills are required, with advanced PM certifications preferred.
•A demonstrated working knowledge of core application development principles and J&J SDLC methodology is required.
•Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage work in accordance with full system lifecycle (SDLC) from concept to production deployment
•Previous experience supporting the planning and execution of full system lifecycle projects is required
•Previous experience with governance and system validation is preferred
•Strong communication and presentation skills.
•Possess the ability to identify emerging technologies and determine application of these technologies to the business.
