Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for an IT Lead – Professional Sales & Marketing.  This position can be based out of Skillman, NJ or Fort Washington, PA, but frequent travel to both locations will be required.

This role will be focused on supporting sales technology and digital marketing solutions and delivering new capabilities to drive increased healthcare professional engagement for J&J Consumer brands.  The selected candidate will influence and drive technology strategy and requirements for key professional capabilities and projects in the areas of sales force automation, analytics, web, mobile apps, and customer relationship marketing.   This role will partner with the North America Professional Sales & Marketing organization, as well as across the internal IT organization and various external vendors to deliver and support Professional technology projects.  The selected candidate can be based out of Skillman, NJ or Fort Washington, PA, but frequent travel to both locations will be required.

  • Partners with North America Professional Sales & Marketing organization and local HCP brand marketers to understand business drivers and define requirements for digital, sales technology, and BI/analytics projects. Engage with business to define strategy for HCP technology solutions to deliver against the North America Professional Sales & Marketing priorities.
  • Leads digital, analytics, and sales technology projects including new website launches, digital sales aids, CRM programs, Sales Force Automation solutions, and analytics dashboards.
  • Manages day-to-day support for Consumer Professional websites and sales digital assets through partnership with internal and external developers, creative agencies, and business partners.
  • Leads efforts to standardize processes and drive best practices across brands in areas of Sales Force Automation, Closed Loop Marketing, Customer Relationship Marketing, and Websites/Mobile Apps
  • Participates in the business planning process, identifying opportunities for technology to help meet objectives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of information technology, computer science, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience is required
  • Must have at least 5 years of related IT experience
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritize projects and deliverables
  • Experience with business requirements, gathering, analysis, and documentation
  • Business relationship management skills
  • Experience with sales technologies (web, SFA, CRM, mobile), digital marketing, and/or analytics platforms and technology-related trends.
  • Experience in the following project management knowledge areas: effective collaboration, integration, scope, time, cost, quality, resourcing, communication, risk, product launch and procurement are required. 
  • Familiarity with SDLC concepts
  • Knowledge of project management tools, excellence standards and methodologies.  Previous experience with agile methods including Scrum.
  • Strong experience managing IT solutions for the Health Care Professional field
  • Strong experience in non-personal selling capabilities including digital products like Web/mobile brand platforms, CRM, CLM, Sampling and eCommerce.
  • Strong experience in HCP Sales Force Automation tools and managing IT support for an internal and/or external Sales Force.  Specific working knowledge of Veeva/iRep and the creation of digital selling aids preferred.
  • Strong experience in analytics for HCP organizations and ability to collaborate to define KPIs and key metrics for HCP Dashboard and scorecards.  Experience working with third-party data providers like Wolters Kluwer, IMS, etc.
  • Experience in developing and evolving a strategic technology roadmap. Deep working knowledge of software development and/or product development practices.
