Robert Half Technology has an excellent opportunity for a Help Desk II Candidate. If you are looking to join a growing family run organization take a look below! • Responsible for providing basic support to end-users for PC, network and hardware • Provide remote technical guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on customer questions, problems, malfunctions of all Apple and PC related issues • Daily tasks include, but are not limited to configuring, testing, and troubleshooting network and wireless issues, setting up user accounts, and formatting and setting up desktop and laptop computers • Accurately document details related to client support issues in help desk ticketing system and complete ticket/tasks efficiently

Education, Certifications and Experience Preferred: • Associates degree in an Information Technology related field is ideal • College students or individuals with college credits toward a degree in computer science, information system management or related field will be considered • Applicable Technical Certifications to include, but not limited to, A+, Network+, and MTA are desired and/or specified certification(s) will be obtained within 6 months from employment • Experience in technical support strongly preferred
