The Integrated Monitoring Platform (IMP) service provides increased availability of IT assets at J&J’s most critical sites across the globe.  IMP delivers value through automation and analytics of infrastructure and application event data.  Locations that manufacture and distribute J&J products benefit from increased IT availability and reliability.

The IMP Manager responsibilities include: 
•Execute on strategy to deliver the IMP service and tooling to over 50 sites and BUIT teams
•Oversee all IMP deployment activities to add new sites to the scope including roadmap, scheduling, onboarding and managing budget
•Engage and partner with customers to ensure the service delivers maximum value and collect their input and feedback
•Identify and implement improvements to the service and tooling; quantify improvements and provide visibility
•Manage team of direct-line reports to deploy new sites and drive improvements to service delivery, tooling, analytics and automation
•Manage team of service managers to deliver service to existing customer base; service managers are primarily dotted-line reports
•Partner with and manage vendor resources to perform operational and monitoring activities
•Partner with Application Services to deliver application performance monitoring scripts
•Interface with development team to implement dashboard, tooling and visualization improvements
•Provide leadership in effort to drive further integration with Business Critical Application (BCA) team 

•Minimum Bachelor's degree preferred in a technology related field, or equivalent experience
•Minimum of 5 years of broad IT experience is required, preferably in a large global organization 
•Demonstrated experience in process or service improvement is required
•Strong communication, presentation, collaboration skills, and the ability to influence without authority are required
•Direct people management experience is preferred
•Experience working in a matrix environment is preferred
•Experience demonstrating sense of urgency, analytical thinking, problem solving, innovation, strong decision making, and focus on business results
•Experience with Lean, Six Sigma and Continual Service Improvement concepts is preferred
•Experience with Agile concepts and working on Agile teams is required 
•Experience with Tableau or similar business intelligence and visualization tools is preferred
•ITIL v3 Foundations certificate is preferred
•PMP, FPX or similar project management certification is preferred
•Ability and willingness to travel globally up to 10%
