The IT Project Analyst has responsibility for leading risk and compliance for the Engineering department. The goal of this position will be to ensure compliance across the organization and focus on mitigating potential risks throughout engineering. He/she will work directly with the AVP of Strategy and Planning to ensure the organization is compliant and communicate findings to the various engineering departments to be resolved. The resource needs to be able to coordinate and communicate effectively with all levels of GTO management, Engineering teams and other supporting teams.



  • Automate risk reporting for Engineering organization and enable teams to be proactive.
  • Manage and mitigate risk across the organization to guarantee compliance
  • Ensure all Engineering departments are compliant across a multiple of items, for example training, time entry, incident tickets and risk findings
  • Be Engineering working lead for GTO or EI&A initiatives that need execution support


  • Competencies: Interpersonal Skills, verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, sound business judgment, computer skills, ability to influence, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Undergraduate degree – Business or technology field
  • 2+ years of relevant business experience.
