o Manage the coordination and execution of the company's internal and external IT related projects.
o Manage all aspects of multiple projects with minimal direction in a way that exceeds internal and external clients' expectations in terms of quality of service and business results.
o Monitor projects' trends and changes. Analyze and evaluate the project to identify potential areas of increased effectiveness, efficiency, and value added in order to provide maximum return on investment.
o Present results, analysis and recommendations.
o Manage project schedule, scope and scope changes, issue risks, and change logs
o Oversee planned program expenditures versus budget;
o Manage internal client relationships to result in maximum satisfaction levels.
