Job Description (including, but not limited to):
- 1+ Years of Customer Service
- Phone Support Experience - Positive phone presence
- Ticketing Experience (remedy preferred)
- Ability to type 35 wpm.
- Technical certifications would be a plus, including A+, N+, MCSA, but not required.
