This person will get 30 maybe 40 calls dependent upon volume per day. Some will come from a self service portal, some phone calls. Your day will start with a combination of resolving both tickets.
These are examples of the most common calls and or tickets, RSA tokens expires, VPN connectivity, Computer is slow because they put family photos on the device, the computer freezes.
Overall this person has to have solid IT troubleshooting skills and a good understanding of multiple technology's like Windows, O365, Skype, Active Directory to name a few. Someone who's good at "root-cause" analysis will do well in this role.
