An IT Specialist job opportunity located in Tracy, Ca is available courtesy of Adecco Engineering and Technology. You will need to have one or more years of experience offering technical support in a call center environment. You will be assisting customers with the organizations online product. This is a contract opportunity and pay is based on experience.
IT Specialist job responsibilities include:
• Receive inbound calls, chat messages, and emails regarding the product
• Resolve customer problems via troubleshooting while providing excellent customer service
• Open tickets using the organizations tool and document next steps for resolution
• Software testing of new and enhanced applications
• Serve as a liaison between customers and other personnel
• High School Graduate or AA in Computer Science or related
• One plus years of experience required
• One plus year software technical support in a call center environment preferred
• One plus year Windows 2000, XP, Internet Explorer/Browser, Modems, Network Functions and Configurations and Software Applications
• Bilingual Spanish a major plus
