This is an exciting opportunity in Columbus, Indiana for an IT Strategic Sourcing Manager . Your impact will happen in these and other ways:
• Manages a group of intermediate level IT employees
• Participate as a key member of an IT Management Team.
• Responsible for financial management including AOP, budget management, and forecasting.
• Responsible for People Management including work plan development, performance management, and people development.
• Responsible for team building and development including organization structure, recruiting, global team management.
• Compile and present Management Reports on team performance including metrics, deliverable status, etc.
• Communicate status to senior management.
• Accountable for Six Sigma training, usage and goal attainment for the team.
• Ensure team adherence to all IT processes, policies, and procedures including IT Security.
• Responsible of IT Controls compliance for the team
• Engagement with customers in their respective function or business area.
• Governance/Leadership for all program/projects executed or supported by their teams.
Deep market knowledge of the IT Consulting and Outsourcing Category and familiarity with all IT spend categories
Experience in negotiations, supplier relationship management, team building, e-procurement and contract management
Knowledge of best practices for IT contract negotiation tactics and strategies
Establish contract management objectives, procedures, templates and workflow processes for Supplier contracts and deliverable schedules.
Coordinate the identification, classification, and ranking of IT Supplier risks. Track identified risks and risk events.
Develops strong relationships with IT managers, business owners and Indirect Purchasing to understand and support enterprise objectives, and jointly develop strategic sourcing strategies.
Works with key stakeholders in the IT Function and Indirect Purchasing to conduct Strategic Supplier portfolio reviews on an annual basis
In coordination with Indirect Purchasing, establish governance to be applied, particularly during the contracting process including points of contact for Suppliers, and rights of authority for decision making.
Understand relevant market trends and Suppliers. Track, gather and analyze market and industry data.

Significant level of relevant work experience, including supervisory experience, required
Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business or a related subject required.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience plus annualized bonus potential.
