Assist in the imaging, configuration and deployment of new Surface Tablets and workstations
¿ Assist in the deployment of DEP/MDM settings on current and new iPhones
¿ Tier I user support, addressing support tickets and calls as they come in, escalating to Tier II support due to expertise and/or workload when necessary.
¿ Support over the phone and at desk side, including:
¿ Microsoft Office issues
o Upgrade non-compliant workstations to 2016
¿ E-Mail issues
¿ Phone (desk or mobile) issues
¿ Basic connectivity issues
¿ Printer issues, working with Stuart Business Systems on maintenance
¿ Creation of user accounts and the requests for e-mail addresses from Global, as well as follow up with Global when required.
¿ Resetting of Windows passwords
¿ Upgrade non-compliant workstations to Windows 10
¿ Assist in the retiring of old equipment
¿ Administration knowledge of Windows 7, 8/8.1 and 10 and the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as being able to troubleshoot printer and phone issues
¿ Knowledge of Active Directory and basic networking is a plus
¿ Customer service and communication skills
¿ Ability to troubleshoot
¿ Knowledge of Windows and Office Suite versions at a step above typical consumer knowledge
