Job Description: Support all service team responsibilities and projects assigned by management.? Ability to solve technical and operational problems, showing a high level of customer service and project management skills.? Identifying user needs.? Working knowledge of Active Directory, GPO'S, application support with Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, SQL and Office products.? Understanding of Microsoft file sharing and permissions.? Troubleshoot mail flow and email connectivity issues.? Cloud Management - Office 365 and Google Apps.? Maintain, install, and support IIS, FTP, SQL, and other third party software products. Understanding of TCP/IP subnetting, Install and support LANs, WANs, and network segments and internet service connections. Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.? Maintain the integrity of customer networks, servers, and security.? Assist with software and hardware upgrades and new installations.? Understanding of information security and ability to apply it effectively.? Ability to take charge and solve problems like server down incidents, network issues, and end user trouble.? Escalate unresolved cases to relevant support team.? Log and track calls using ticketing system.? Develop network and system support documentation.? Participate in the technical side of strategic business projects, providing expertise for decision makers.? Self-Managed, fast learner, organized, motivated, and efficient. Knowledge and Experience with the following: Windows Server 2003/2008/2012/2016.? Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2008/2011 /Active Directory, IIS, DNS, DHCP. Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008/2012/2014/2016/Microsoft Exchange Server 2010/2013/2016.? Microsoft Windows Terminal Services/Remote Desktop Services.? VMware? SAN Storage? Firewall and security appliance setup configuration/Managed switch setup configuration. Server and workstation hardware diagnostics and repair. Education Desired: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.? Minimum of 5 years' experience in Network Administration.
