Position Summary:Join Fortune 7 CVS Health Clinical Client Applications Team as a Senior Manager of IT Systems in Richardson, TX! The Sr Manager, IT systems is an IT management role and will be responsible for the overall development of clinical applications in a variety of languages using a diverse toolset. As an IT Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for driving exceptional services to CVS Health Clients through a dedicated team of IT Client Services Advisors, responsible for identifying ways to continuously improve on the services provided to clients, providing communications and updates to senior leaders. As a key member of the IT Client Services team, the desired candidate will be responsible for partnering with our Sales & Account Management team and our internal IT teams to manage and support the services we deliver and provide to our external clients. The desired candidate will serve as the single point of contact between the business and technical teams; monitor and provide status of portfolio of projects.Required Qualifications:
8+ years of IT experience including the following:Minimum of 8 years previous experience in IT application development, managing specifications, deliverables and documentation perferably within healthcare, PBM, Med-D, or Medicare applications.
Minimum of 8 years of experience with all aspects of the software development process including coding, systems, data analysis, testing and operations.
Minimum of 3 years of Leadership experience, directly managing a team of employees.
Minimum of 3 years experience with staff performance plan development, situational leadership and management responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications:Healthcare, PBM, Medicare, or Med D experience preferred.
Education:Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent required, and masters is preferredBusiness Overview:
