A global risk management and benefits insurance company is looking for a technical support analyst to join their team. In this position you will work on a team of 3 to manage all tickets including, break/fix, password resets, connectivity issues, MS Outlook, deployment of new equipment etc.
The ideal candidate for this positon will have strong desktop support and hands on works with Windows7, MS Office, Imaging, and troubleshooting skills. In addition, the understanding of ITIL and Service Delivery Methodologies will be crucial in this position.
In this role you will be servicing a number of North American offices, up to 30 different locations with over 600 end users. This will include periodic travel to different locations to provide onsite support as needed. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize will aid in your success in this position.

4+ Years of Desktop Support Experience
Strong Active Directory
Strong Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Understanding of ITIL
Experience working with a major ticketing systems
Basic Project Management Experience
ILIL Foundations Certified
Experience with Remedy ticketing system
