Overview

Schneider Electric is working on many ways to improve customer satisfaction with its Information, Process and Organization (IPO) department in North America. One of the areas that needs improvement is around Incident Management. This position will be focused on driving the current incident back log down along with providing process improvements. The position will also work to cleanse any North American master data related to the ITSM tool.

Responsibilities

  • Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) concepts
  • Ability to quickly learn Schneider Electric’s Incident and Service Request processes
  • Ability to collaborate with other IT professionals to drive customer satisfaction
  • Eliminate stale master data in the current ITSM tool
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements


Qualifications:
Qualifications

  • Working towards Computer Science or Information Technology degree or equivalent
  • Junior/Senior in good standing with an accredited university
  • Ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
  • Willing to be accountable for duties and assignments
  • Customer Service and Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal skills requ i red
  • Knowledge of BMC Remedy is a plus
