and optimize biochemical assays for the characterization of nucleoside analogs
as chain terminators for RNA polymerases of viruses related to respiratory
enzymatic assays for steady state kinetics.
methods and use existing methods for protein purification (size exclusion,
affinity, and ion exchange chromatography) for use in enzymatic assays.
protein using standard techniques and characterize proteins using known
procedures (SDS-PAGE, Western blot).
minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Statistics,
Microbiology, or related discipline is required.
working with proteins and developing enzymatic assays.
interpreting and presenting scientific data and results acquired through
