Support Automation Development is moving aggressively to enhance and increase the Automation of Automated and Proactive Support Delivery . These enhancements are focused on the automated generation and handling of service requests, proactive reporting services and guided resolution.

Brief Description:
Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software applications delivering Automated Service Request (ASR) and proactive support.

Detailed Description:
As a member or the Support Automation Development team, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of the current, automated handling of service requests, proactive reporting services and guided resolution. You will be responsible for defining and developing software for these requirements associated Oracle products.

Job Requirements:
As a member of the Support Automated Development team, your immediate assignment will be working on the Automated Service Request capabilities supporting production issues along with working within the team on the simplification and consolidation of the current capabilities.

Additional Details:
1) . Self-motivated fast learner and result-oriented;
2) . Excellent analytical and trouble shooting skills;
3) . Solid object-orientated programming skills, especially in Java;
4) . Good team player and good written and verbal communication skills;
5) . Knowledge of Solaris Linux, Python, Perl, XML, SQL, WLS, Oracle Database
Qualifications:
Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
