Adecco Direct Hire Recruiters are currently seeking candidates for a Journeyman Sign Installer / Crane Operator / CDL Driver job in Fort Collins & Northern Colorado area. The ideal Journeyman Sign Installer candidates will have

Minimum 4 years' full time previous experience at this position as a lead sign installer
Class B CDL license (will need to obtain a current Colorado CDL if from out of state)
Crane operators experience - (minimum 4 years)
Experience running and operating related installation equipment, such as bucket trucks, augers, swing stages, excavation equipment, etc


Basic building and construction knowledge (required)
Electrical understanding
Experience using hand & power tools, ladders, light & heavy equipment and trailers
Welding experience in Arc and Gas cutting

Candidates must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds, be willing to work outdoors in all types of weather and have confidence to work at a wide range of heights off the ground, using ladders and aerial equipment. Must be able to install all types of displays on all kinds of structures, wall, freestanding, masonry, steel, concrete, etc.

Position is full time, 40 to 50 hours per week, usually (5) 8-10 hours' days, overtime as needed, some weekend work on occasion, some overnight out of town on occasion, but not frequently.

This available position is a direct hire / permanent role. Compensation is $28.00 to $34.00 dollars per hour DOE.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:

Signal and rigging certificate
Osha 10-hour safety training certificate
Fall protection training certificate
Be in physically good condition, lift a minimum of 75 pounds consistently
Be a problem solver, good mechanical aptitude
A positive attitude and team player are essential
Good to great verbal and written communication skills with internal staff and external customers/clients
Be able to handle details, paperwork, and documentation of all work in a professional manner
Ability to train and mentor apprentice installers on crew
Welding certificate and training for Arc and Gas cutting
Basic electrical knowledge of wiring and practices
