Looking for an outgoing Jr. Administrative Assistant for an organization in Los Altos? This position is a part time position, Monday - Friday 9:30am- 3:30pm for 6 months.   Enjoy working in a fast paced environment? Looking to expand your administrative experience? Then apply now!   This person will report directly to the Director and support a team of 2-3 people with administrative duties. Key Responsibilities: -Conduct general office duties: answer phones, track office supplies for ordering, maintain paper and electronic files, and reconcile expense reports -Interact with clients and research client related requests -Prepare detailed account documents -Maintain office and operations calendars and contact database -Manage multiple projects at a time and be able to follow through from start to finish -Enters and retrieves data using a computer, department-specific software following established formats. -Acts as back up receptionist and receives and screens visitors and non-emergency telephone calls -Operates standard office equipment -Opens and distributes interoffice and US mail, attaching back-up information -Policies and procedures related to the department or division to which assigned.
