TEKsystems is looking for Jr Network Tech Support for the surrounding Denver area to support our customer's clients.
1 Analyze, sectionalize, isolate, and resolve trouble situations. Manage and correlate multiple trouble reports. Communicate with customers and others in a repair situation.
2 Manage internal/external escalations, as required
3 Create trouble tickets which summarizes customer or other repair issues
4 Provide follow up and closure of assigned trouble tickets
- 1 to 2 years of Jr Technical/Customer Support experience
- Any experience with Cisco, Network Equipment, IP protocols or Ethernet would be preferred
- Understanding of OSI model, Layers 1-3
-Network+ and CCNA would be a plus
