Our client presently has an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator who is bilingual English/Korean. This position offers a great opportunity to enhance and develop skills in an exciting and growing field. The Office Administrator role is crucial to the effective and efficient day-to-day operations of the company, hence, he/she is responsible for supporting the organization in a variety of ways including expense handling, communications, scheduling, data entry, secretarial and light IT services including but not limited to:

o Work with teams and oversee the operations within company, manage groups, coordinate with management and engage in planning according to the needs of the business.
o Management and procurement of office equipment
o Performs general computer troubleshooting and IT set up
o Maintain a clean, well stocked and organized work environment
o Handling external or internal communication or management systems
o Perform general clerical or other administrative works assigned by the company
o Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings and business travels
o Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
o This position will be supporting executive leadership and staff. a great opportunity to build a resume in an exciting and growing field.
o Much of the work involves oral and written communication, word processing and dealing with email and telephone inquiries from internal and external customers.
o Microsoft Office Proficiency Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
o Bilingual (Korean and English) is required verbal and written fluency preferred.
Pay Rate: $18-20/hr based on experience
