The Jr. PM Coordinator will improve work force productivity and quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of manpower, parts and materials, and equipment access. The Jr. PM Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, and coordination of all plannable maintenance work performed in a specified area

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serves as liaison between Business Units, Production Planning, and Tech Support to coordinate Preventative Maintenance (PMs) and Planned Corrective Maintenance Work
• Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information and dispatch technicians
• Plan all maintenance work orders in SAP by analyzing basic job steps, determining their relative sequence, and identifying parts, materials, special tools, and safety requirements required for each step
• Attend Business Unit Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings to understand department needs and create alignment for PM and Planned Corrective Work activities
• Create weekly Preventative Maintenance plan with Sr. PM Coordinator
• Review SAP PM module daily for long range maintenance planning
• Maintain up to date SAP equipment list by adding and removing equipment as required including equipment BOM's
• Create and update PM task lists in SAP for new and existing equipment
• Develop weekly Tech Support Maintenance Planning metrics reports
• Perform PM audits of technician's performed work to ensure PM is updated with correct planned time and tasks.
• Analyze work orders and determine trends in equipment failures for potential upgrades/improvements.
• Train new technicians with utilization of SAP for work order data entry (work order creation, time confirmations, and material movements)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
(include minimum education and years of experience required)
• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years with database administration experience
• Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and repair manuals
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and estimate maintenance tasks
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills. Microsoft Applications
• Motivated, self-starter, analytical skills, interpersonal communication skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Good understanding of computers
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
• Initiative and proactive behavior in work environment
• Ability to work more than 8-hours a day, weekends and holidays as needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Training/Experience
• Lean Six Sigma Training/Continuous Improvement Training
• SAP or other CMMS experience
• 3-5 years in a maintenance organization with a working knowledge of planning and scheduling
