1.) 3 years working in IT; at least 1 year working for a MSP
2.) MCP, MCSE, CompTia A+, Network+, or Help Desk Professional Certification a plus.
3.) Strong oral and written communication skills; write clear and concise documentation
4.) You are organized and can manage yourself with minimal oversight
5.) Have reliable transportation, as you will be going onsite for client repairs
