1. Basic windows administration skills.
2. Windows 7 experience.
3. Familiar with ticketing systems, they us CA, but any would be good (remedy etc.)
Must have active secret clearance and Security+ Certification
This systems administrator will be responsible for resolving tier 2 ticketing issues. The team lead will provide guidance and support to make sure the candidate has the SOP's to resolve any issue. They will be supporting multiple technologies, AD, VMware, cyber security, etc, but will be given guidance to make sure they are successful.
Need to have great communication skills, customer service skills, do whatever it takes attitude, ability to follow directions.
