3M is seeking a Key Account Sales Representative for the Stationery Products Division located in Rogers, AR. At 3M, you can apply your talents in bold ways that matter. Here, you go.

Job Summary:
The person hired for the position of Key Account Sales Manager will primarily be responsible for managing the Walmart Stores, Inc account.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Attain sales forecast for the Stationery Products Division.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to management.
  • Develop annual business plans to achieve goals... to include core growth, new products distribution, and promotional planning.
  • Develop account relationships across Merchandising, Replenishment, Marketing, and Store Operations.
  • Lead Cross Functional Teams (Business Analysis, Customer Service, Inventory Planners, Marketing) on key initiatives for assigned account.
  • Participate in cross functional product development to aid in defining future growth opportunities within assigned account.
  • Manage budgets within guidelines.
  • Share vision and demonstrate company values.
  • Actively participate in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, comply with professional and quality standards, comply with corporate policies and procedures, and act in a manner consistent with 3M's values and ethical standards.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
  • Minimum of three (3) or more years of experience in Key Account Sales with Consumer Markets

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience and in depth understanding of the retail marketplace.
  • Advanced analytical experience with category management.
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

Location: Rogers, AR
Travel: May include up to 15% domestic/international
Relocation: Is not authorized
