The Kitchen/Refrigeration Mechanic is responsible for Performing preventive maintenance tasks & trouble shooting Kitchen Equipment: Gas Ranges, Electric ovens, Dishwashers, Pot washer, glass washers, walk-in coolers, ice machines, & reach-in coolers.
Must be able to research and order replacement parts for equipment. Must be familiar with Plumbing systems & Piping repairs and Layout, Gas Fired Boilers, Hot water Heaters & Water Pumps. Being able to work with Electrical wiring 120/208 Volts & 277/480 Volts single and three phase wiring.
Individual must be a self motivator and strong ability to work on their own. Must possess a strong background and knowledge of such systems. A minimal of 3 years previous engineering experience is required, preferably in a hotel environment.
