Receive and process samples for the Quality Testing Laboratory.

Sort objects by identification number, distinguish between similar numbers in a list, and record the correct number.

Inspection of incoming supplies used for manufacturing.

Orders material supplies for the laboratory testing as well as organize, maintain and store materials/supplies. Complete detailed tasks following specific procedures.

Math skills such as counting, adding, subtracting, dividing, calculating percentages and rounding off decimals to whole numbers.

Read, understand/comprehend and follow instructions and procedures.

Interact in a team setting, positively adapt to change and effectively resolve conflict.

Ability to work safely with heavy lifting and frozen samples.

Performs as part of an empowered work team.

Routinely performs computerized sample receipt and visual verifications, inspection of equipment operation, work center cleaning, refrigerator/freezer cleaning, and material management/ movement with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency and in accordance with established procedures.


Qualifications:
Education Minimum Requirement:
  • High school diploma or GED. Prefer bachelor's degree or Associates degree in related field.

Preferred Experience and Skills:
  • Relevant experience
  • Basic laboratory skills (pipetting, weighing)
  • -Familiarity with Good manufacturing practices (GMP) and Good laboratory practices (GLP)
  • Experience and ability to work with Excel spreadsheets
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Good organization skills
  • Good mathematic and writing skills
