Overview of Opportunity:
• See patients in the hospital and post-acute follow up in the clinic or skilled nursing facility (SNF)
• Work/ Life Balance- Work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
• Manageable patient load- See on average 12-14 patients per day
• Ability to grow with the company into leadership positions
