Today more than ever Federal law enforcement agencies are faced with the challenge of identifying, implementing, and embracing new technologies and organizational approaches in a constantly evolving and more sophisticated threat environment.
The Law Enforcement Go-To-Market Lead within IBM's Public Sector Federal Homeland Security, Justice, and State (HSJS) account will assist IBM to identify opportunities and develop solutions that help DOJ and DHS law enforcement agencies, with a particular emphasis on the FBI. This role is responsible for all phases of the business development life cycle to include increasing client intimacy and knowledge, opportunity assessment, win strategy workshops, Black Hat competitive assessments, pricing reviews, and post-submission activities. Knowledge of federal law enforcement client priorities, challenges, and opportunities in this space is a must.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required for this position. Although the primary duties center on driving growth and account management, other duties include management of bid and proposal spend, running marketing communication campaigns, identifying industry partners, and evaluating new technologies, both from IBM and other providers.
