PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Performs and/or manages activities relating to intelligence gathering, analysis and dissemination, risk and supply chain analysis, planning, designing, building, and maintaining internal databases and automated processes. Has budget responsibility for small projects and is expected to work under minimal supervision.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-Perform and manage activities relating to intelligence gathering, analysis and dissemination; risk and supply chain analysis:
-Plan, design, and build processes to gather, analyze and disseminate intelligence;
-Perform analysis of both internal and external risk factors across a broad scope of threats and vulnerabilities; plan and lead analysis activities; maintain and establish liaison across a wide spectrum of public and private partners
-Lead in the creation of analytical products for dissemination. Use best practices to improve products and services provided to business unit partners, and monitor adherence within Team/Group to standards as defined within the Management Model.
-Maintain and enhance engagement with business units and other stakeholders
-Establish positive team environment by proactively assisting and training less experienced personnel. Provide performance and development feedback as required
-Maintain technical knowledge and business acumen within own discipline or function

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
Minimum:
-Bachelor
s degree in Computer Science or related discipline and typically 5 to 8 years experience in intelligence and risk analysis or equivalent combination of education and work experience
-Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
-Strong knowledge of current issues facing the Electric infrastructure
-Experience leading projects and teams
-Strong problem solving and analysis ability
-Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
-Ability to work with remote project teams

Preferred:
-Previous experience producing written intelligence products for a wide distribution

POSITION SCOPE:
-Utilize understanding of customer's business needs to determine requirements
-Applies technical expertise to plan, design, build and support required products and processes
-Help other team members learn appropriate theories, practices and principles that relate to their skill set portfolio
-As assigned, manage budget for area of responsibility
-As assigned, manage working relationship with outsourcing partners
