MetLife’s Employee Experience (EE) IT team is a high energy, dynamic group of IT professionals. The Employee Experience team is leading an exciting transformational program with many initiatives underway to create a digitally connected workplace that will increase productivity and engagement. The Lead Business Systems Analyst with an extensive background on User Experience (UX/UI) analysis and design will be working with a close-knit team to deliver technology solutions that will transform the ways we work and create a unique MetLife work experience for employees across the globe. The associate will be working with internal stakeholders to analyzing user behaviors, flows and develop digital solutions to improve the user experience in the areas of collaboration, employee self-services and knowledge management.
