The Planning Initiatives Manager for Walmart is responsible for supporting the Walmart business across all categories. The Initiatives Manager partners with Headquarter Sales, Field Sales Finance, PRGM, and Customer Care to drive execution and performance of critical initiatives.

Regular duties include:

  • Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs/ projects.
  • Maintain and update business process tools on an on-going basis.
  • Develop, maintain, and update field execution sales tools (LOS, standard business reviews, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain tools for test market situations.
  • Create and update business briefing documents for all aspects of Walmart Team.
  • Provide analytical support and analyses of the annual business plan (JBP) and forecasting / rolling estimate (RE) processes for Walmart
  • Develop fact-based presentations utilizing Nielsen and Retail Link
  • Interact internally with other departments at CCR (Finance, PRGM, Marketing, and Business Team) for specific business and system requests.

Education
Minimum Required:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
