Job Summary
The Lead Closing Inside Sales Representative position receives and closes customer leads from different sources. The Lead Closing Inside Sales Representative is responsible for closing new customer sales utilizing a consultative selling approach, maintaining current customers by utilizing creative problem solving and negotiation skills, handle service changes, and maintain strong customer relationships. Collaborates with a team of Lead Closing Inside Sales Representative to meet and exceed overall team revenue objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
    Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions. Establishes new customer accounts by negotiating service levels, pricing, billing and other required information and services. Consistently meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales activity goals by utilizing sound telephone based selling approaches for customer leads generated from internal sources. Closes prospective customers demonstrating knowledge of Waste Management services and solutions. Communicates concise and accurate information. Proposes customer solutions that are compliant with appropriate local, state and federal regulations. Utilizes appropriate systems to gather information, provide accurate information, and/or update customer profiles. Effectively use Waste Management sales productivity software tools (i.e., Pricing Tools, AMP, Record Setter, Proposal master, EPLM, etc) to execute sales campaigns via telephone marketing to consistently meet or exceed aggressive weekly and monthly sales activity goals.

Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

Education and Experience
    Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited). Experience: 1 year of previous Customer Service experience. Preferred Experience: 2 years plus, Consultative Outbound Sales

Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness to meet productivity standards in a timely manner.
