What you’ll be doing...
This role will be responsible for partner and vendor relationships for these strategic solutions; utilize available data, insights, and voice of the customer/ associates to make informed decisions about digital distribution roadmaps and their prioritization. Determine and deploy attribute/personalized targeting within the sales platform. This will include determining which attributes/propensity model is best to deploy, as well as setting up test cases to determine effectiveness.
He/she will keep abreast of evolving industry tools and technologies that enhance the website, inside sales; field sales experience to better serveVZ customers. Given the highly strategic and cross-channel nature of this role, the successful individual must possess a unique combination of structured strategic thinking, passion, and curiosity for technology, as well as strong leadership and collaboration skills. Mine for insights that influence next generation distribution development; experiential events, pop-up locations, creative product delivery. Present findings to cross functional team
Core responsibilities include:
Own distribution strategy, roadmap, and delivery
Analysis of internal and external customer needs and digital sales trends. Strong knowledge in Digital SEO industry, agency experience welcome. Strong partnership skills to
Develop the near, mid and long-term holistic roadmap of distribution initiatives aligned to business objectives
Research and analyze the key performance indicators across competitive sources with the goal of maximizing consumer engagement and enhancing the user experience for all of transactions.
Monitor key conversion metrics and a/b tests to support continual optimization of the product and business plan
Assessment of build vs. partner options with 3rd parties including the industry trends
Develop business case to justify the prioritization and benefits of distribution options
Track and report on the benefits/impact aftermarket launches
Closely work with marketing and support teams to ensure product reviews platform delivers optimal results for all external and internal stakeholders
An active networker partnering with cross-functional teams across our lines of business
Manage and understand key online analytics
Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve the user experience leveraging all available insights
What we’re looking for...
Six or more years of relevant work experience
Ideally, you’ll also have:
Six or more years of eCommerce experience driving top line strategies for large websites
Five or more years of experience in two or more of the following areas:
Product and Project management
Strong understanding of distribution trends
Experience partnering with technical teams to deliver results.
Strong strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to break down complex problems and formulate plans.
Customer-centric orientation with proven track-record of developing and acting on customer insights.
Strong organizational and project management with attention to detail
Exceptional oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate to the senior executives.
